We guarantee satisfaction or no interest is charged if the borrower is not satisfied and returns the total amount financed within one month. A borrower can sign loan documents and can back out without incurring any charges before the loan funds. We lend to people who do not have a green card, a social security number or driver’s license. Equity 1 loans lends to people, corporations, partnerships, LLCs, trusts, estates, and executors of estates in probate.
